(End theme song, with a picture of all 16 contestants standing with Flame Terminal behind them in the background.) = = = = = = = = = = Uncut Session 3 (05.29.03) This season's host, Tenchi Masaki, greets us from the Challenge Field. Tenchi: Well, can you believe it? We're entering the final stretch of the game. But first, we need to look back on the previous week and a half. Tonight, you'll be treated to scenes from Episodes 10 through 13, as the troubles with Marik come to an end and people started playing the game for real. Tenchi takes a photograph out of his pocket and holds it up to the camera. It's the damage initially left from Marik's attacks in Episodes 9 and 10. Tenchi: The whole Marik thing was a complete surprise to us. It was something we should have expected but weren't planned for. So, as compensation, we gave all of the Roomies a chance to go home if they felt threatened about their safety. And unlike you saw in the original episode when it aired, a few of them did actually give it a second thought... ====== 10-A: To go home or not to go home... that is the question Tenchi: You should all be safe now. We'll make sure of that. Just to be safe, though... we'll offer all of you a chance to leave. Nabiki: To leave? Tenchi: Yes. If any of you aren't confident in staying here because of what's been happening the past few days, we'll be glad to take you home. All of the Roomies looked at each other and thought about it, some more decisive than others. James: I think we should just cut our losses and go home where it's safe! Yusuke: Are you serious? You're giving up, just like that? Yugi: Actually, I agree with James... especially I'm the one that brought this upon us. Whitney: Yugi, no one's blaming you for anything! This is just a matter of circumstance. None of us could've predicted it... even you. Tally: Besides, Tenchi promises that we're now fully protected from further disruption. Plus, there's enough able bodies and creatures to keep us safe. Jet: I don't mind helping protect the group. I'm sure most of us share the same sentiment. Rally: Yeah! There's nothing to worry about. Haruka: I agree. We're safe and are fully protected on all sides. I don't see any reason to leave. James: Well... if you say so. Yugi: Thanks guys... you don't know how much this means to me. Trunks: In the end, we're all here for the same cause. And I wouldn't want the competition to just give up. It's no fun! Now that the group has agreed to stay, they tell Tenchi their decision. Jet: I think we can all agree that you can keep us safe to the best of our ability. All of us still feel that we can go after the grand prize, so we've all decided to stay! Amy R.: Yeah! It'll take more than some evil sorceror to scare us away! Tenchi: Are you all sure? Rally: We've never been more sure in our lives. Tenchi: Very well then... once my grandpa heads over to the cabin and takes care of things there, you guys can get back to your regular lives. Well, as regular as they should be here. ====== 10-B: Why am I the puppet of an evil sorceror? Having recovered from the Marik ordeal, Bandit Keith is sitting outside on the porch of the cabin. He's trying to figure out what's going on in his life and why things have worked out the way they have. Keith: (holding his head in his hands) What's wrong with me? Who is this Marik guy that keeps getting in my head? And why won't he get out? Keith got up and started pacing around. Keith: It's happened before... I woke up after being under this guy's spell and found myself dueling Yugi! But I'm still not sure why myself. I think it has something to do with that trinket of his... the Millennium Puzzle! He continued to recall the events of the past and present, trying to find a connection. Keith: And tonight... Marik takes over me again and sends me after Yugi and that Puzzle! What is up with that, and what's so special about that thing? Sure, it's an ancient Egyptian artifact and it might be worth a few hundred bucks on the black market... but there's got to be more than that. But what? Unfortunately, Keith wouldn't get any more answers from his own brain. He'd have to figure out another way... maybe through Yugi's Millennium Puzzle. ====== Tenchi: With the Marik incident past the group, the game really began as we passed the halfway point. The first order of business... Nabiki was dropped from not one, but both of the alliances she had been in! Okay, maybe she was asking a bit much... but after dumping her, Trowa had second thoughts... ====== 11-A: You dropped a cute girl from your alliance - Was it the right call? Trowa is on his way back to camp, just seconds after telling Nabiki that their partnership was over. But as he walked, he began to have second thoughts. Trowa: (stops and turns around) Maybe I should... Trowa looks back, hoping to see Nabiki again and take back everything he had just said to her... but Nabiki was already gone. Trowa: (shakes his head and starts walking again) No... I shouldn't. I'm sure she'll understand what I did. The sky opens up and rain starts to fall to the ground. Trowa stops, thinks once more about trying to find Nabiki. Trowa: I can't let her stay out in this rain. Then again... she might want time alone to think about everything that's happened today. Trowa motioned to go one way, then the other. Finally, he decided to let Nabiki be and head back to camp. Trowa: (CC) I don't like hurting people's feelings... but it had to be done. Nabiki's a nice girl, just not very trustworthy. I don't feel safe with her, and I hope she realizes that it's nothing personal. ====== 11-B: A little viewing of the Spirit World While the rain fell outside, the gang at the cabin decided to watch a little bit of 'Yu-Yu Hakusho.' Whether just to watch it, just to relieve themselves of boredom, or in hopes of scaring themselves silly, their reasons of why are unknown. They are currently watching the end of the 'Spirit Detective' saga... namely, when Yusuke is facing off against Suzaku. Tally: That Suzuka guy is quite the looker. Yusuke: How can you like a bastard like that? He controls thunder and lightning, and he's a total jerk. Whitney: Not to mention that he's trying to kill poor Keiko and Botan. I swear, I have half a nerve to... Yusuke: Give him a piece of your mind? Yeah, very likely Whitney. If the guy almost killed me, what are your chances of beating him? Whitney: Miltank and I are a strong team! We'd beat him hands down! Yusuke: (jumping up out of his seat) This isn't a Pokémon battle! This guy's a Spirit Beast, a very powerful one at that, and he doesn't want a plain old gym badge. He plays for keeps! Whitney: We're much stronger than you take for granted, Yusuke! Yusuke: I doubt it! Besides, he doesn't have to target your Miltank. He can just go after you and blow you to kingdom come in a snap! Whitney: Shows how much you know! I could probably last longer than you! Yusuke: Don't hold your breath! Tally: Will you guys knock it off? You're upsetting Rini! Rini is in the arms of Takuya, who is trying to calm her down. Rini: Why are they arguing so much? Takuya: Adults are just like that, Rini. Forget about them. Rally: You two really need to learn to keep your tempers in check! Yusuke: (sitting down) Hmph... she started it. Whitney: I did not! Rally: That's enough from the both of you! Stop it right now! Yusuke and Whitney calmed down, but they didn't talk to each other for the rest of the night. Little did anyone know that the animosity between the two was right at the boiling point... and it wouldn't take much to tip it over... ====== Tenchi: As we all know, it wouldn't be long before Yusuke and Whitney tore each other apart. But before we get more into detail with that, let's calm down and focus on some more enjoyable events... such as Gatomon and Guilmon's little challenge of their own. ====== 11-C: Iron Fighter - Guilmon and Gatomon play with pots and pans While the Roomies were away at the paintball challenge, Guilmon and Gatomon were about to have a little bit of fun themselves. Guilmon: Are you sure we can do this, Gatomon? Gatomon: Of course! They won't mind if we get in a little one-on-one training. Besides... you need it, buddy. Guilmon: Um... okay then! Yeah! Gatomon starts throwing pots and pans out from the cupboard. Finding a set she liked, she handed it to Guilmon before finding a set of her own. Gatomon slid a pan on her hand, with the handle facing backwards. Guilmon tried to follow by example, although at first the handle was facing forwards. Gatomon: Turn that around! You'll poke my eye out that way! Guilmon: Oops... sorry! Once Guilmon had turned it around, Gatomon took a pot and put it in on her left paw. She then picked up a pan and held it in her right paw. Soon enough, Guilmon matched her actions so that they now had a 'helmet,' a 'shield,' and a 'jousting weapon.' Gatomon: Ready? Guilmon: Ready? Ready for what? Gatomon: This! Gatomon lunged forward and attacked Guilmon. Her first swing of her pan connected with the pot Guilmon was using as a shield. Gatomon continued to swing away as Guilmon could do nothing but defend himself. Gatomon: What are you waiting for? Guilmon: (behind the pot) For you to stop trying to hitting me! Gatomon: Just hit back, 'cause I'm not gonna stop! Guilmon finally did begin to fight back, and suddenly the battle became almost a dead heat. Neither of them could get the advantage, as once one would get their shots in, the other would manage to land a few. The game would continue on... until they got caught by one of the cameramen. ====== 12-A: Talk about a slavedriver... Keith and Yugi are on their way from the cabin to the campsite as a result of being on the losing team of the last challenge. Keith: Man, this bites! Yugi: The campsite's not so bad. We're given a ton of provisions, provided shelter, and we've got friendly people to talk to. It's just as good as being in the cabin. Keith: I don't mind the living conditions. It's who waiting for us when we get there. Yugi: Why? Who are you worried about? Keith: Haruka! She's a slavedriver, I tell ya! Yugi: Wha... what do you mean? Keith: All she wants us to do is work, work, work! She doesn't believe in giving people a break! Yugi: And you don't see that as a bad thing? Keith: Open your eyes, Yugi! Don't you hate working so much? Yugi: Well, yeah. But if it's work that needs to be done... Keith: You don't understand... she purposely makes everyone work so that she can make everyone miserable! Yugi: Are you sure about that? Keith: Just wait until we get to camp. Then you'll see what I mean. ====== 12-B: And to prove that point... At the campsite, Yugi and Keith found everyone there already hard at work. Jet and Trowa were preparing lunch, Nabiki was picking up debris, Amy M. was taking inventory of what was in the crates, and Amy R. was rearranging the firewood. And in the center of it all was Haruka, directing traffic. Keith: See? I told ya. Haruka: Ah... glad to see you two finally made it. Put your stuff down and go out and collect some meat apples for dinner. Keith: Sure thing, Miss Haruka! The two duelist put their bags in the empty tent and then grab the basket to go collect apples. Keith: What did I tell ya? She's a slavedriver! Yugi: Come on, Keith! Someone has to do it! Keith: So why doesn't she? She's more than capable enough! Yugi: I think you're being too hard on her. Keith: And I think you need to get rid of that funky hairdo of yours so that you can get some circulation in that brain of yours! Yugi stops temporarily before resuming again, trailing right behind Keith. Yugi: (CC) I don't know why Keith has a dislike for Haruka. It doesn't make any sense. And why'd he have to go and insult my hairdo for? It never did anything to him! ====== Tenchi: Now, we get to go back to the whole Yusuke and Whitney ordeal... and squeezed in between them is a segment featuring everyone's favorite blue-haired girl. Check these scenes out! ====== 12-C: The matching glares of death It's the night following the paintball challenge, and those living in the cabin are sitting down to a peaceful dinner. An awfully peaceful one at that... but there seemed to be something wrong... Trunks: (looking at Yusuke) What's up, Yusuke? You don't look too happy. Something definitely wrong... Tally: (glancing at Whitney) Why are you eating like that? By whatever does Tally mean? Oh, right... the fact that Yusuke and Whitney are glaring holes into each other... all while still eating at a normal pace. James: Does anyone else find this eerily creepy? Takuya: Just what's going on here? Rally: What's going on with you two? Why do you have to stare at each other like that? Neither Yusuke or Whitney answered the question... they just continued to eat and glare. Rini: Why are you two staring at each other like that? Trunks: I know why they are doing, but I don't know why they won't stop! Suddenly, Yusuke and Whitney finished their dinner at the exact same time. Yusuke/Whitney: (getting up) Done! The two continued to glare at each other. Takuya could swear that he could see sparks flying between their pairs of eyes. But before anything happened, the two both walked off. Yusuke headed to couch to find something to watch; Whitney headed to the front door to go out and take a walk. Rally: Okay... that was certainly unsettling. Takuya: Why does Whitney have to be like that? Doesn't she realize what this is making her look like? Tally: Who said Whitney's to blame? Yusuke is the instigator! He's always been. Trunks: Yeah... but he didn't try to shoot her in the face with a paintball. Rally: Knock it off, guys! Why are we bickering about them when we should be doing something to help them? James: (yawns) I'm sure they can figure something out on their own. Trunks: Yeah. Besides, if they keep acting the way they are, no one's going to like them by the end. Rally: Well, I don't know about you guys, but I intend to do something about this. Rally gets up and goes to deposit her dirty plate in the sink. The five left at the table shrug their shoulders and continue eating. ====== 12-D: Say, it's about time she started playing the game That night, things at the campsite are quiet. It's because it's already late and everyone's asleep. Well, everyone except for Amy Mizuno, who is sitting by a campfire that is close to burning out. In her hands is a pencil and a notepad, where she's making some notations. Amy M.: Tally and Takuya? Good. Her notations are actually of all of the other Roomies... Amy M.: Yugi and Keith? Not very likely. And whom she thinks there are alliances between. Amy M.: Rini and Trunks? Possible, but I wouldn't bet on. Yes... there is a reason she's doing this. Amy M.: Let's see... this person's really trustworthy, but this one's not. (scratches her head) Should I or shouldn't I? She makes a few more notations, but she's careful not to let the cameraman actually see what's on the pages. After a few minutes, she closes the notepad and tries to find the water basket so that she can extinguish the fire for the night. Amy M.: (CC) I've been observing everyone, especially the last few days. I want to make sure that if I get into an alliance, I know that I can trust that person or persons. The last thing I want is to work with someone who'll do nothing but gather votes against me. ====== 12-E: That's one way to get two people to stop arguing (PG-13 scene) Over at the cabin, Yusuke and Whitney were seated facing each other, just an arm's length apart. While James, Rini, and Trunks went out to train with the Digimon, it was up to Rally, Tally, and Takuya to resolve the differences between these two. Rally: No one leaves this cabin until the two of you forgive and forget. So the two of you might as well save us a few hours and apologize to each other. Yusuke: You first! Whitney: No, you first! Yusuke: I'm being a gentleman here! You first! Whitney: Since when have you been a gentleman? You first! Takuya: Why don't you both shut up and go first at the same time? Tally bangs her head against the table loudly. Rally: I see we're going to have to do this the hard way. Let's see... Rally puts out her toy gun, to the surprise of Tally and Takuya. She then gets behind Whitney and digs the gun into the gym leader's head. Whitney: (starting to turn around) What the... Rally: Don't turn around! Keep facing forward! Yusuke: What kind of trick are you pulling now? Rally: You worry about when it's your turn. Takuya: Should you really be doing that? Tally: Yeah... you could really hurt someone with that thing! Yusuke: What are you talking about? It's a toy! Rally: Just for that... Rally moves away from Whitney and heads over to Yusuke... and digs the gun into the back of his skull. Yusuke: Alright, this isn't... Rally: I want you to promise that you will not argue with Whitney any more! Yusuke: How are you gonna make me promise that? Rally: Like this! Rally pulled the trigger several times consecutively, sounding off a band of annoying and loud noises that nearly scared the pants off of Yusuke. But after six shots, Rally stopped firing. Whitney was nearly white-faced, while Yusuke was trying to regain his composure. Yusuke: Ha! Is that all you got? Rally: (sighs) I see that this is going to take more than one round. Rally proceeded to fire the trigger six more times. Even though it was a toy gun, the sound of it firing continued to spook Yusuke to no end... and he doesn't get spooked easily. Rally: (seeing Yusuke trying to gather himself and failing) Should I make it three rounds? Yusuke: Alright, you proved your point! I'll stop arguing with Whitney... if you stop firing that stupid toy near my ear! Rally: (smiles as she pulls the gun away) Very well. (glances at Whitney) Now... do I have to go over to you and give you your own scare session. Whitney: (laughs nervously) That's okay, Rally. I think I get the idea. I won't argue with Yusuke anymore. Rally: Good then! Now... shake hands and make up! (seriously) Or else! Whitney: (sticking her hand out) I'm sorry for shooting you in the face. Yusuke: (doing likewise and initiating the peaceful handshake) I'm sorry for being so judgemental. Takuya: Whew... at least that's finally solved. Tally: We're glad to announce that the quarrels between you two are over! You two should now be able to live for the remainder of the game in peace! Whitney: (to Yusuke) Why don't you say we go outside and help train our Digimon? Yusuke: (to Whitney) I'd be fine with that. The two walked out side-by-side, heading out to join James, Rini, and Trunks out in the forest, where they were training with Guilmon and Gatomon. Rally, Tally, and Takuya all applauded their success, then breathed a sigh of relief when the now on-speaking-terms duo had disappeared from sight. ====== Tenchi: Gee, that Rally. I know that getting Yusuke and Whitney to stop arguing was important. I just wish she hadn't done it that way. (sighs) And while all of this was happening, Nabiki was trying to persuade a few more people to join her alliance through the power of breakfast. ====== 12-F: No food without compensation for me Amy Rose yawned as she came out of her tent that morning. Seconds later, Yugi came out of the tent next to Amy's, and the two exchanged greetings. Yugi: Morning, Amy! Amy R.: (cheerfully) Morning, Yugi! Isn't a beautiful day? Yugi: (nods) Yes. Yes it is. The two head over towards Nabiki, who is already dishing out two new bowls of broth for them. Amy R.: Now this is what I call service! Yugi: (smells the aroma of the broth) Wow... that smells really good! Nabiki: I'm glad you two like it! Ready to eat? Amy R.: Yep! The two wait for Nabiki to hand them their bowls... only she doesn't. Nabiki: Wait a minute... this meal isn't free, you know. Amy R.: It isn't? Yugi: Why not? Nabiki: Well, I give it to you if, and only if, you agree to form an alliance with me. Yugi: Are you serious? Nabiki: Yes, I'm deadly serious! Yugi: Well, I'm not sure I agree to that. Nabiki: You don't eat then. (to Amy) How about you, Amy? Amy R.: Well... I am kinda hungry. And I really don't see any problem with it. Nabiki: (happily) Finally! One person that actually has the sense to know that they've got to eat to stay alive! Haruka: (off to the side) I wouldn't do that, Amy. Nabiki: Hey! Stay out of this, Haruka! Amy R.: (holding her growling stomach) But... I'm hungry! Haruka: I know you are, but Nabiki has no right to ask you to use food as a bargaining chip. Nabiki: Yes I do! It's not against the rules! Tell me a rule that's in the book that tells me I can't do this, and I'll stop! Amy R.: Are we going to eat soon or what? Yugi grabs Amy by the arm and starts to pull her away from Nabiki. Yugi: Come on, Amy... we'll eat later. Amy R.: But I wanna eat now! Nabiki: Hey! No stealing my patsies... uh, customers! Nabiki turns and glares at Haruka, who has gone back to chopping wood. ====== 12-G: Guilmon vs. Gatomon - Round 2 In the middle of an empty grass field, two sides prepared to meet in a practice battle between the two Digimon. This time, Tally and Guilmon had brought Rally with them, while Amy M. had tagged along with Takuya and Gatomon. Takuya: You sure you wanna do this, Tally? I mean, Gatomon creamed Guilmon the last time we battled like this. Tally: Guilmon's better prepared this time. Rally: And we've even taught him a few new moves! Takuya: Really? We'll see how you fare against us! Amy M.: (taps Takuya on the shoulder) Should we really be this confident about Gatomon? I know she's strong and all, but... Takuya: Don't worry! I've got everything under control! Just watch! Gatomon: Ready to actually give me a workout this time, Guilmon? Guilmon: You bet! I'll beat you, Gatomon! Takuya/Tally: All right then... Digimon battle start! Unlike the last time, when Gatomon charged right in, she stayed put and made observations on her opponent. Unsuprisingly, Guilmon was doing the same. Rally: (whispering to Tally) So, what's our strategy? Tally: (whispering back) Guilmon seems to be best in close-range combat. If he can get Gatomon to come closer, we might have the advantage. Guilmon: Alright, Gatomon! Come and get me! Gatomon: (smirking) With pleasure! Gatomon races towards Guilmon... a move neither Takuya or Amy were expecting. Takuya: Gatomon, wait! Amy M.: Don't go charging in! Gatomon leaped in the air for an aerial attack via deep kick. Gatomon: Take this! But before Gatomon's foot could connect with Guilmon's chest, Guilmon grabs Gatomon by that very foot and holds her upside down. Gatomon: Hey! Guilmon: Yeah! I did it! Tally: Guilmon! Bora bora! Takuya: Bora bora? Sounds like some kind of food. Amy M.: It's not Takuya. It's bad... really bad. Guilmon, still holding Gatomon by the foot, raised her above his head and started twirling her around and round. After a few seconds, he lets go of her foot, send the feline Digimon flying back towards Takuya and Amy. She lands face first in the grass and looks quite dazed. Takuya: Gatomon! Rally: Alright Guilmon! Go for the Megaton Punch! Guilmon rears his right arm back and balls his paw into a fist. He then goes charging right at Gatomon, hoping to finish this quickly. Takuya: What kind of move is that? Amy M.: I don't know... but I doubt it's a move that Guilmon learns by himself! Guilmon leans forward and tries to drive the punch right into Gatomon's back. But at the absolute last second, Gatomon rolls out of the way and back onto her feet. Takuya: Whoa! That's powerful! Amy M.: It must be a move they taught them! We have to come up with another strategy! Gatomon got into a defensive position just as Guilmon attacked her again, this time using his long tail as a weapon. It was big enough to knock Gatomon aside and right into Amy's arms. Takuya: (looking at Gatomon) Gatomon! Amy M.: Takuya, we can't win this! If Gatomon goes on any further... Takuya didn't seem to want to give up... but Amy was right. Amy M.: It seems Gatomon still has some lingering aftereffects from the past few weeks. She doesn't have much reserve energy. She's going to have to rest! Takuya: Darn it! (sighs) Okay, the match is over! We give up! Tally: (a little shocked) Wow... that quickly? Our team really must be giving Guilmon the works! Rally: I'm even amazed that it's over. That wasn't even a challenge! Amy M.: How could they make that much progress in three weeks? Takuya: I'd like to know that too. And unless we figure that out soon, it'll be just like this when they battle for real! ====== Tenchi: And just like that, the scale of victory tips from one side to other. Who knows what state Gatomon and Guilmon will be in when they battle for real. Now, for our last two scenes... we have some extra moments from when the Roomies were reunited with one of the family members or friends after four weeks. Here, we'll focus on Rally and Takuya. ====== 13-A: Rally and Minnie-May have a moment... Rally has wandered away from camp to have some quiet time, unaware that her partner Minnie-May has followed her there. Rally: I know you're behind me, May. Just reveal yourself! Or maybe not... Minnie-May: (coming out from behind a tree) Your senses are still sharp as ever, Rally! Rally: Why'd you follow me out here? Minnie-May: Come on! We haven't seen each other for almost a month and you just walk away? I have feelings too, you know! Rally: I'm sorry. I just wanted to get away from everyone else for awhile. Rally sits down on the grass, not far from the edge of a cliff overlooking the Pagumon village below. Minnie-May plops down right next to her. Minnie-May: (smiling curiously) So... have you had any 'fun' with anyone? Rally: (a bit angry) Minnie-May! Minnie-May: (rolls her eyes) Don't tell me you're holding out for someone special. Rally: I'm sorry if I'm not as confident about commitment as you are. Speaking of which... I'm surprised you're here without Ken. Minnie-May: Only one person could come, and you picked little ol' me! Besides, with so many people around here, Ken and I wouldn't get any alone time. Rally: God forbid that. Minnie-May: (glancing around) So, you're living out here in the middle of a digital forest? What does it feel like? Rally: You tell me... I haven't been feeling anything since day one. Minnie-May: How can that be? There are plenty of cute guys at the camp. Rally: It doesn't work that way, Minnie-May! This isn't a meat market! Minnie-May: You sure you don't have feelings for any of them? Rally: Pretty sure, May. Can we just talk about something else? Minnie-May: Like what, Rally? Rally: (lowers her head and puts her hands on it) Like how am I going to get through these last two weeks? Minnie-May gasped. There was something wrong with Rally and she didn't know if she could help her partner out or not. Rally: I... I just don't know how to go on anymore. Minnie-May: (patting Rally on the back) Chill, Rally... I'm here for you! The two shared a hug before Rally went over the details of her predicament. ====== 13-B: And so do Takuya and his mother Meanwhile, Takuya and his mother Yuriko are sitting down by the fire while most of the others and their loved ones tour the camp. Yuriko: (pushing back a bit of Takuya's hair) Have you been taking care of yourself, Takuya? You look like you haven't taken a bath today. Takuya: A few days, actually. Yuriko: And why not? Takuya: They don't have a bath out here, mom! Only at the cabin. And you can only live in the cabin if you place in the top half of the field in a challenge. Yuriko: (smiles) You know your dad and your brother miss you. Takuya: I miss them too. I haven't been apart this long since... well, since the first time was here. Yuriko: Only that time, you weren't competing to win a million dollars. Takuya: Heh... I guess not. Yuriko: Actually, your friends miss you too. They wanted me to give you this. Yuriko reaches into her purse and pulls out a postcard. On one side is a picture of all of Takuya's friends: Zoe, Tommy, J.P., and even Koji. On the other is a small paragraph from them. The characters actually do their own voice-overs, with their parts on the card marked off by different colored ink. J.P.: (VO) What's up, Taky? We miss you a lot! Tommy: (VO) We hope you're having a lot of fun! Koji: (VO) And that you're doing better than Zoe did in that mystery game! Zoe: (VO) Hey! That's mean! J.P./Tommy/Zoe: (VO) We can't wait to see you again, Takuya! Win for us! Koji: (VO) Yeah... what they said. The postcard is then signed by each of the four kids. Takuya reaches up to his eyes and uses the back of his hands to wipe away the tears. Takuya: I... I can't believe they miss me so much! Yuriko: You have good friends, dear. Takuya then wraps his arms around his mother and cries into her shirt. Takuya: Tell them that I won't let them down, mom! I'll win this for them! Yuriko: (rubbing Takuya's head) I'll tell them when I get back, Takuya. Takuya: (getting up and finally gathering himself) Thanks, mom. You're the best! ====== Tenchi: And with a touching moment we leave you tonight. There's not much left to cover. There are only two weeks left in the game, and you can bet that things around camp will get even more ruthless. Enjoy the final 5 episodes of the season, and I'll see you after they're done. See ya! ==================== End Uncut Session Three ==================== ================== Additional Author's Notes ================== I only had to cut one extra scene this time around, scheduled to be a part from Episode 13. It was supposed to have all the people living in the cabin spending their free time playing football (or soccer, as we know it). I decided to cut because I didn't feel inclined to write it after all. Overall, I'm surprised this made it to 17 pages... I didn't think it would make it to 15. This was easily the shortest of the three Uncut Sessions thus far. I really expect the last Uncut Session (coming out after Episode 18) to be the longest... but we'll see. ======================== For the Fans ======================== Uncut Session 4 will cover the final 5 episodes (14-18) and will be released with or just prior to the Reunion Special, whenever that goes up. Meanwhile, we continue this hectic week tomorrow with the posting of Episode 14. Next week, there will be two episodes again, and then we'll resume one-a-week for the last few episodes. Until then... see ya!
